Every device at REFURB passes a rigorous 40-point diagnostic inspection. We test battery health, screen responsiveness, port functionality, and internal hardware to ensure the device performs like new.
What is the warranty policy on refurbished electronics?
We provide a comprehensive 12-month limited warranty on all hardware. This covers any internal defects or malfunctions that may occur through normal use, giving you peace of mind with your purchase.
What accessories are included with my order?
All smartphones and tablets include a high-quality MFi-certified charging cable and a wall adapter. Original packaging and headphones are generally not included to reduce environmental waste and keep prices low.
How do you grade the cosmetic condition of your products?
We use three tiers: 'Pristine' (no visible scratches), 'Very Good' (minimal micro-scratches), and 'Good' (visible signs of use). Regardless of the cosmetic grade, the internal functionality remains 100% guaranteed.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day 'No Questions Asked' return window. If you are not completely happy with your device, you can return it for a full refund or an exchange, provided it is in the same condition as received.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available at checkout if you need your device sooner.
