Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove your personal data and pack the device securely in its original packaging along with all included accessories.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
